ANODIZING PLANT

Our fully automatic anodizing plant carries out the aluminium profiles treatment by diping them, loaded to jigs and hang to adequate anodic bars, into solution tanks.
The plant is divided in 5 zones:

1 - Parking area for anodizing bars to be treated before the process tanks

2 - Process tanks area

3 - Parking area for treated bars before the loading/unloading stations

4 - Loading/unloading area

5 - Parking area treated bars after loading/unloading stations

An adequate system of handling (bridge cranes, transfer trolleys, loaders) drives the aluminium profiles through the different phases.

All the parts in movement are controlled by a PC communicating with the PLC of each machine which executes the operations required by the person in charge to the PC management.

The supervision software has been conceived and projected in order to control the plant during all operations, improving the level of safety of the process, because the operator can promptly act from the control room without need to check the plant directly.

Each bar to be treated has its receipt. The receipt describes both the treatments to be carried out (cycle) and the staying time in the tanks as well as the movement between a tank and the following one.

The cycle, apart from chemical treatments and rinses, can also establish the oxidizing, the bronze cycle and the electrocolouring both classical and by interference.
