EFFECTA®

The vertical wood effect system for aluminium extrusions EFFECTA® is a trademark. It uses powder on powder technology and is essentially made up of the following components:

1) two independent single booth

2) brushing machine

3) rolling machine

4) two intermediate fixing ovens.

Work cycle

The piece starts the EFFECTA® cycle by moving through the first oven and then moves into booth 1.
The powder sprayed in booth 1 is redistributed on the surface by the brushing machine.
The piece then moves into the second fixing oven and after that goes to booth 2. The final finishing given by the rolling machine.
The EFFECTA® cycle concludes when the piece comes out of the rolling machine.
The coating cycle finishes when the piece is passed onto the polymerisation oven.
