PROFILEBAG

PROFILEBAG machine represents a very interesting and innovative packaging option in situations in which the profiles have to be packed using the bag system. The profiles are deposited by two operators individually or in small packages of two or more bars (in this case they have been tighten together) on a set of loading belts, operating with a step movement and proceeding automatically with a programmable speed.
Thus the profiles follow their way towards the bagging system (PROFILBAG) consisting of four nylon coils which envelope the same profiles for all their length.

Once the bag has been made (the coils envelope each section allowing the film to always adhere to the profile), the coils are thermo-welded and cut by a heating system device and then the profile inside the bag reaches automatically a set of unloading belts where the material can be unloaded. The same machine can unite two or more bags containing extrusions. This solution grants a higher speed of the process since the working cycle doesn't foresee the cut step of the bag. This type of packaging is particularly advised for applications in which the profiles are not used as a whole, but are cut one piece at a time and put back again in the warehouse once the length to utilize has been cut.
