The principle of working of this revolutionary process is based on a forced jet of stainless steel microspheres on the surfaces of the profiles advancing through an adequate tunnel. The mechanical action of the four turbines takes place in 360°, therefore the profiles that enter the shot blasting tunnel, go out of the tunnel by themselves already matt finished on their whole surface.

ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES

Elimination of superficial defects and scratches typical of the extrusion process.

Removal of the natural oxidation principles on the extruded profiles, caused by atmospheric agents during their prolonged storage before being treated (powder coated or anodised).

Drastic reduction of mud production during the anodising process of the aluminium, with consequent decrease of waste disposal costs.
