SAT S.p.A. has acquired the rights to use Effecta® and Ezy® patents to produce plants able to perform wood effect decoration on aluminium profiles.
SAT (Surface Aluminium Technologies) S.p.A. is pleased to communicate since the beginnig of 2010 up to now 14 orders have been acquired. We are talking about a vertical powder coating plant with flash oxidizing in line FOX, five complete vertical powder coating plants, part of the supply for a vertical powder coating plant, five revamping to existing vertical powder coating plants, one packing line, one sand-blasting machine.
Within a complex framework agreement signed on May 18th 2010 together with the bankrupt company Trevisan Cometal SpA (hereinafter TC), SAT (Surface Aluminium Technologies) SpA (hereinafter SAT) purchased, inter alia, some contracts (hereinafter “Contracts”) that TC had executed with former costumers concerning the project and production of superficial treatment plants and packing lines for aluminium extrusions. As a result of the signing of the mentioned purchase agreement SAT acquired all the drawings and documents concerning said Contracts. The above mentioned framework agreement foresees the assignment to SAT of the leasing agreements previously executed by TC SpA and related to the building in Verona – Via Meucci, formerly registered office of TC.
